Wednesday night we had the opportunity to film an important story for Detroit the City of Chefs II at Orchard Lake Country Club.

Executive Chef Tyler Colman and General Manager Peter Swick hosted an evening with some of Detroits leading chefs in support of Forgotten Harvest.

The menu would pay tribute to culinary salon competitions with elaborate displays of Garde Manger artistry that the 200 plus guests were able to dine on.

The evenings festivities and chef creations will be featured in Detroit the City of Chefs II as part of the story about the value of culinary competitions. An important thank you to all the supporters of this event.

We are now starting to plan the September premiere celebration at the Emagine Theatre complex in Novi. Tickets will go on sale soon, just check the website in about a week.
